I have a v5lxt_sxt_pcie_dev board, and found that there're 4 SMA output ports in the board, i want to assign on of MGT of FPGA 

connection with the SMA ports, i'm not sure if i can implement it, if so, could you tell me how?

No MGTs are connected to SMA connectors on this board. The 16 MGTs on this board are used as follows:

1) PCIe - 8 MGTs

2) CX4 connector - 4 MGTs

3) SFP connectors- 2 MGTs

4) SATA connector - 1 MGT

5) ExP slot - 1 MGT
