The Avnet Design Resource Center (DRC) contains all the support material for the LX16. https://www.em.avnet.com/en-us/design/drc/Pages/Su
This document on the DRC is a good one to begin with:
Other
•Xilinx Spartan-6 LX16 Evaluation Kit - Getting Started Guide
The Factory Installed Applications are found here:
Test File
•Default PSoC 3 Image (firmware for PSoC to communicate with AvProg & SPI)
•Factory Test Source, EDK 11.3 (source for .mcs)
•Default SPI Flash Image (.mcs file for the Flash)
•Factory Test (.mcs file plus procedures and schematics.)
The Avnet Programming Utility “AvProg” can be used to program the SPI Flash using the USB port (P1), via the PSoC.
A second option for programming the SPI Flash is via the Xilinx Parallel IV Connector (J4) using a Xilinx USB-II JTAG or Digilent JTAG HS1 HIGH SPEED CABLE, indirectly programming the SPI via the FPGA.
I hope this helps.

Russ

My problem has been fixed.
Spartan-6 LX16 board will use the IMPACT program to write data into the SPI Flash.
Files S6EV-LX16_FPGA_Firmware_V1_01.mcs.
I understand this correctly, then yes.
Thanks for your answer KountryK.
